I would just like to say that John’s designs are of the highest quality. I was extremely impressed when I was looking through the website. However, what I was most impressed with was the customer service. I was new to the site and was unaware I had to request an OTA link. At 3AM Eastern Time I sent an email explaining my situation. Within literally 5 minutes I received a response with an OTA link and downloaded my theme. Thank you John for your excellent product and customer service you have gained a customer for life.
