I would like to thank all my customers for their continuing support!! I will do my best to assist everyone with their issues on installs and pre/post-purchase questions. I would like to say thank you to JC Designs for creating not only the best looking themes, but for also continuing to update the them and allowing users to receive the dot revisions as they normally would. I have purchased 5 of his themes and the icons are the best on the market. AT&T provides some very boring themes and unlocking the other carriers themes does little for me. I look forward to the next great theme and the continued focus on quality over quantity.

I had problems with the theme that I downloaded for my curve. I downloaded it to my computer but the desktop manager software could not see it for some reason. I kept getting an error message. I sent an email to JC designs, within 1 minute I recieved a reply, and intructions with a link to download it directly to my phone. Works perfect now. Great Support. Thanks a lot

I had problems with this theme not being able to find an applications icon or button to press but finally JC designs help me figure out and got me thinking by associating it with my shortcut keys I can access my application. The response times were awesome and the best customer service i can say, very satisfied customer. This theme zen bottom for 8700g is the best i use so far and customer support can’t be beaten. Thanks.

I just purchased my first theme from JC Designs — Real Cubes for my 8100 Pearl. The purchase was fast and easy, and within less than a minute, I received an email with the OTA link. Installation was fast and easy, and the theme is beautiful — it looks great on my Pearl. I am looking forward to seeing a Real 3D and a Dock Bottom Zen for the 8100. Thank you for your great designs and great customer service/support!

Just purchased a theme from JC - it was easy to get up and running even for me! I needed a little help with one aspect of the theme so I contacted them and had response within 10 minutes!

Purchased the iBerry theme from Crackberry — I had some issues with installation (given the lack of support for Mac to Blackberry communication), and JC responded and solved everything for me within a couple of hours.
The theme itself is fantastic and makes me (a die hard Mac user!) feel at home on the Blackberry.

Great looking iBerry theme and fantastic service!! Desktop Manager wouldn’t recognize the download, but JC Designs (John) sent an OTA link almost immediately and it was installed on my Pearl without a problem in no time at all. I’m as impressed with the immediate response by JCD as I am with the iBerry theme!! Keep up the great work and thanks!!

I purchased the Pearl - Real iBerry Blocks Today theme and feel that the quality is much better than many of the other themes that I have tried.
The customer service is second to none! I would highly recommend their products!!!!

I purchased the iBerry Blocks & iBerry Blocks Today for my Pearl. Had a little difficulty at first but was able to download it myself, quite the feat as I’m not very PDA Savy. LOVE the design and how my blackberry looks very STYLISH and of course the ease of finding the categories. Also I must say that Customer service responds quickly & pleasantly with a resolution.

I downloaded a theme for my 8130 yesterday & had some minor issues with the OS not recognizing it. I just have to say excellent customer support with amazing response times. JC had all the wrinkles ironed out in seconds. Thank you very much!

I purchased two themes for my blackberry curve that I was having a problem with getting installed. John arranged an OTA for me and even switch one of the themes that I had asked about. His response time to my issues was great. Unfortunately, other companies do not believe that the Customer Comes First. Thanks John.

GREAT DESIGN and SUPPORT!! I had purchased 2 theme and John set up an OTA and showed me how to do the update. A few weeks later my Curve died and within 20mins of the request John had me setup with the OTA link again! Not only great service but the designs get compliments from everyone that sees my Curve! Thanks John, great job!!

Best customer service for Blackberry applications hands down!
I needed a bit of help with an upgraded version of a theme and I was in constant contact with the developer. He would not give up until my problem was resolved. I would highly reccomend any product that gadgetbean produces.

I purchased a theme for my blackberry curve and I was having trouble installing it using the desktop manager. John promptly replied to my emails and set up an OTA download within a few minutes. This is great customer service, especially since I did not even order the theme directly from his site. Oh yeah, the theme looks great too! I highly recommend him.

I wanted a more functional (and better looking) Today replacement and am very pleased with the Real Cubes Today theme. It looks great and even lets you show SMS messages separately on the home screen — a very helpful feature. Support was also excellent. What a bargain for $5!

I recently contacted John regarding the size of the fonts for my contacts and messages while using the iBerry theme. They were a little small for my eyes. John responded very quickly and within days emailed me the fix. Now I find the theme perfect and extremely satisfied with the quick customer service. Thanks John, I will certainly buy future products for my BB from you.

Great customer service. I could not get the theme to load using the directions provided by the place from which i made the initial order. I received an email from John at JC Designs, who giuded me through an alternate process for loading the theme. Great dialogue and instant responces. Would do business with again and highly recommend. I just wanted to thank John for responding to my inquiry. I had d/l’d the new iBerry Blocks and found that the font was changed and very difficult to read. After emailing John with my concerns, John was on top of it and requested the developer to change the font to the theme. I received notification within a few hours with a link to d/l the new theme…… PERFECT!!!! I appreciate the attention and quick response to that request. Great Job!!!! I will continue to keep an eye on your products and I will not hesitate to purchase from you in the future. Thanks again.

I downloaded two themes and couldn’t download them to my 8830. I followed all the directions about getting the proper OS and Desktop manager, but nothing worked. Finally I gave up and asked for a refund. But I got an email from John offering help, within an hour we worked it all out, He sent me the OST and within seconds it was all fixed. Quick service, great help. He didn’t lose my business. I wish every site was as friendly and helpful as this one.

I ordered the iBerry theme for my BB Curve yesterday, but had some trouble downloading and installing it (I am a newbie, plus I have a Mac). I emailed with my troubles John and he quickly sent me a link with the download, and I had it without any problems!! I LOVE this theme–it is a welcome change and looks very sharp!! THANK YOU JOHN!! I downloaded iberry theme for my 8130 and attempted to install from my Mac. Did not work, so I sent an e-mail that John responded to almost immediately wanting verification of purchase. I sent this and I immediately received an e-mail with instructions for downloading directly to my phone. No problem installing and the theme is really cool looking ! My only problem now is hoping Verizon Wireless gets the issue figured out with the memory leak situation on their BB Pearl 8130. THANKS, John !!

I would like to thank JC Designs, I am not the most computer literate person, and I was pulling my hair out reading the instructions for downloading applications to my blackberry. I emailed my frustration, and not more than 20 minutes later I receive an email from John at JC Designs asking me for my order number, then not more than 10 minutes later, he emailed me direct links for me to do the download from my blackberry.
I ordered the “I berry” theme package, and I can’t say that it wasn’t worth it. It’s great. Switching service providers, made me switch phones, so with this theme for my blackberry made it user friendly for me.
I will continue my patronage with JC Designs.

Fantastic customer service! I had problems activating the Iberry Blocks today on my 8703e. Sent JC an email describing the problem and within 2 hours and a few emails John had the problem diagnosed and an update sent to me to install. The instuctions for installation were easy to understand and I had the new theme up and working. All this on a Saturrday afternoon!

I purchased the iberry theme for my b-berry curve. I had the ‘normal’ issues with the desktop manager, so I accepted the invitation to “just email me - I’ll help”. An OTA install was set up immediately, and worked flawlessly. AND THE THEME ROCKS!!!! It looks incredible, and is a great user interface.

The theme I purchased (Real World Today) is very cool because it has all the great “Dimension Today” style/format content I need on the front screen of my Blackberry (Calendar, Call Log, Messages) at my fingertips, in a cool-looking design.
Most importantly, for me, though, was the EXCELLENT follow-through support and service John from JC Designs provided when I was having trouble activating the theme (mainly because of Verizon OS software v. 4.2.1). John helped me to work around that quickly and easily and now I have this great theme working on my Verizon 8703e!

I just got my first Blackberry a couple of days ago. Disappointed with the installed themes, I went searching and simply couldn’t find one that suited me better than iBerry.
While the theme is slick looking, the best part was John’s help in getting my theme set up. You see, I own a Mac and I have not yet found out if there is a way to mount my phone to my computer for “drag and drop” install of media and applications. I was so bummed to not be able to get my theme. John sent me an OTA link right away to help me on my way. 5 minutes later, I had the coolest Blackberry in the agency. It’s so nice to get such good service! Thanks, John! I’ll be back!

Bought both iBerry Zen and Glass Blocks, had very minor issue in unzipping, John was RIGHT THERE with quick response to my emails, uploaded both themes through DM, absolutely awesome work! Zen iBerry detail and color with background is first rate…………for a clean, industrial look with clear blocks that highlight in color when selected, Glass Blocks is also first rate. Great work, awesome response, will do more business with John in the future……………thanks John!!

Would like to extend my thanks to John for his excellent after sales service. Even though ran into some problem during installation because of the Desktop manager version, he has helped to direct me to the right place to get them updated and then it works in no time. Also some tricks to separate the email and SMS (I been using BB for over two years but never notice there is such a setting!). Great Job.
Just one wish to the theme is able to adjust the font to suit personal preference. Other than this, its perfect for me.

Great customer service. Had an issue getting an iBerry theme installed via the PC. Promptly requested assistance and had is sent OTA with simple directions. Replaced an older iBerry theme. This is much nicer and the real deal!

I have purchased quite a few themes in the past from many sources and almost always removed them in a matter of minutes. They looked great but when I tried them, they really were not functional. I just purchased the Inspired 9000 Icon Theme and I finally found a theme that I want to keep on my BlackBerry. What a difference. Works great! Looks even better! Additionally, I contacted John pertaining to a technical question and he got back to me in a matter of minutes. Customer Support is superior. I will definitely keep an eye on what new themes or updates are available from JC Design.

I purchased a theme on Sunday afternoon from the comfort of my couch. When I had difficulty installing JC Design was there to save the day. Within 5 minutes of asking for help I was answered and he hung in there with me for over an hour until he fixed the issue. The issue wasn’t even with his theme it was with my phone! Hi am a new blackberry owner.Just wanted to say i love my bb phone.I have had a lot of cell phones through the yrs and have not found a phone like this!8310 curve.Ok enough of my bragging on the 8310 curve.I want to say how much i love the iphone theme LOVE IT!can’t say enough about that them.I had a hard time getting if installed on my phone,but thanks to Mr JC desings made it so easy to installed.So if you get this themes for the blackberry phones ask for OTA link it makes it so easy.For some reason the software 4.2 that comes with the blackberrys phones don’t work why it don’t acknowledge it i don’t know why,for me i could not get to work but the OTA worked.Mr C i look forward to getting more of of your so fine thems you do a wonderful job.Final words aout your thems they RACK!,keep them coming Sr.

I downloaded the Iberry blocks and Today screen for my Verizon BB Pearl and had trouble downloading it to my phone. One email to JCDesigns and 5 minutes later it was fixed. Not only do I LOVE my new theme, but the customer service was exceptional. I’ll never do business anywhere else ever again!!!!

I bought the iBerry theme for my BlackBerry 8820 yesterday and had an issue with the install. I contacted customer service and John got back to me rapidly (on a Sunday!) with a link to a custom-designed solution. Just outstanding service and an excellent product. I had a problem with my download and the responce time was very quick and when you guided me to the right place everything works great. I really like the look of the program and it works well and looks great.
Another problem I had was that I was looking for and icon to load the program on my blackberry. After play around I found it in the themes part of the options and it may be a good idea to put that info when one is downloading the program.
Thanks for the quick responce and the great program if you can keep me informed of anything your company does that new for my blackberry 8830

Hands down the best customer service and products for my BB. They are always quick to respond to any question I may have (read how stupid the question). They have been very responsive to any request I may have as well. They make having a BB more fun! I have Verizon and therefore no iPhone but with the theme pack I get the best of both worlds, cool looking screens and a great functioning phone/pda/everything!

I had problems with the theme that I downloaded for my pearl. I downloaded it to my computer but the desktop manager software could not see it for some reason. I kept getting an error message. I sent an email to JC designs, within 1 minute I recieved a reply, and intructions with a link to download it directly to my phone. Great Support. Thanks a lot

THANK YOU JC!!!! I absolutely LOVE my new iBerry Lily theme for my BB curve, it’s beautiful!!! Although the font could be ‘prettied’ up a bit - I think the icons are amazing and so easy to see/read! My husband has the iPhone (blah) but I can’t help but like the lil icons!! hehehe…can’t wait to show him tonight! Anyway, very impressed with this site & JC…asked for a link to download the theme straight to my phone, submitted my order and within 5-10 min. I had my new pretty theme…thank you so much!! JC provides great service and great themes. He recently updated a theme for me and it looks great. Although he ran into an unexpectant delay, he kept me informed of the progress and delivered when he said he would. His work looks good, is very clean, crisp and professional. I will definitely order more themes but right now I am still loving the RETRO for my 8830.

I will admit that I’m not very savy when it comes to trying to figure out how to download programs to my new Blackberry. Thankfully I received help from JC and it went fairly smoothly. What I liked the most was the excellent customer service that he provided. Now a days, good customer service is sorely lacking in our society, so I always find it refreshing when I get this kind of exceptional service. I give the same kind of service in my business and do expect it from other businesses. So I am a very happy camper and will recommend him to others. I have an iPod touch and loved the icons. Now thanks to John I have very similar icons on my Blackberry Curve 8330. Had a bit of a problem getting it installed but John got that fixed in pretty quick time. If you haven’t already downloaded these themes you should they are great. I definately will be telling everyone I know that has a blackberry about this website and believe me that is a lot of people, I do bookkeeping for 3 mobile phone stores. Way to go John hopefully I can get you some more business.

Great Great Great!!!! the response time was amazing. I had difficulties at first but that was from my own user error. I emailed John and he emailed back in 20 minutes!!! He then 30 minutes late had my own theme made for me he customized my iberry blocks custom L theme to fit my needs and it is amazing. I have the best of both worlds now. I would recommend this to anyone who owns a blackberry it enhances a already great phone. My phone now with jive talk, color pearl, and iberry changes my phone completely. I am about to to get a blackberry bold but have found a new love for my pearl so I may hold off a little bit longer.

First of all let me tell you I have bought many downloads for my BB some good and some bad. JC Designs is one place where all is good. JC’s customer support is the best on the web. Day or Night they are there to help. The OTA download was flawless. As far as their programs go, they are easy to install I had no trouble at all and they work with ease. The Today view Themes show you everything you need to see with one quick glance and the Icon Themes are so sharp and a real enhancement to your Blackberry.

Hi all and Happy Holidays!
I just wanted to let you all know that I had the greatest experience with John from JC Designs and Iberry.
I decided to buy my Curve another Christmas gift and ordered the Iberry Today theme through the Crackberry software store [on sale with the holiday special]. It looked great when I downloaded and installed it, but I wanted the blocked icons as the default screen. That was not what this theme does. It gives you messages, calendar, etc as the default screen, which looks great, but not what I really wanted. That, of course, was my fault for not doing more homework.
In any case, I e-mailed John at JC Designs [Iberry] and told him what happened and asked him which theme had the Iberry Icon blocks as the default screen. He immediatedly e-mailed me back, wished me a Merry Christmas, and told me that the one that I wanted was the regular Iberry Blocks.
He said that since it was Christmas, he was going to send me a free download to the regular Iberry Blocks theme for my Curve! I couldn’t believe it!
Now I have both themes, but I’m using the regular Iberry Blocks, which is awesome.
If your thinking about getting any of these themes or software from John, don’t think twice. The product and support is incredible!

Not only are the themes the BEST, but the level of Customer Service that John provides is the BEST also! I bought the Crossbar Extreme Plus theme for my Bold on Christmas eve and screwed up the install. I emailed John, and he provided me with an OTA link within minutes. I’ve had a great experience dealing with John. I recently purchased the cipher bounce theme for my curve and had some issues using it with third party apps. I kept having issues accessing the menu on a number of apps. I emailed John and got a response in under 10 minutes. We exchanged emails 3 times and each time his response was immedaite. He eventually sent me a link with an OTA download that fixed the issue. Having been in charge of a service department at a large company I am particularly attuned to service issues. John you’re awesome and I wish you the best of luck in growing your company!

JC’s customer service was the fastest, easiest support I can EVER recall having from ANY business. I purchased a theme from JC through another site that erroneously said that it would work on my Storm. Within one hour of me contacting for help, John explained the other sites mistake and exchanged a Storm theme at no extra charge. Without a doubt, I will ALWAYS come back to JC (although straight to their site!!!) for my blackberry needs. Thanks for the attentiveness and assistance! It is so rare to find such service!

I purchased the Iberry theme for my BB Storm. I had some problems installing it from my PC so I emailed John for help. He answered my questions ASAP… and suggested I do a Over the Air download. It worked perfectly and now I am enjoying my AWESOME theme. I really love it, it looks perfect.

I’d like to just say the John you did a great job on my theme request. I am a very pick-e person and John was able to be patient with me and we ended up with a theme that is visually appealing to my cataract.
Keep it up and now my wife is jealous of my theme and is going to want one. Talk to you soon.

I would just like to comment on the level of quality in the products sold here and certainly the customer service. First off the themes are top rate, the best I’ve seen for clarity of icons and font and attention to detail. Secondly I had alot of issues getting the theme loaded to my device, I purchased it from a vendor website, anyway I got hold of John and he did everything short of showing up on my door step. He sent OTA links and zip files and even a few trouble shooting tips. To make a long story short it was an issue with my device and I ended up upgrading to 4.5.0.124 I contacted John and he had the proper version for my OS the same day. I’ve never recieved such personal service for a 7 dollar purchase, John and his company appear to be in it for the long hall with service like this. Well done sir! I look forward to your new projects. (Any chance for a side bar cipher for the 8100?) Once again thanks John.

I would be remiss if I did not leave a comment here about John and his themes. John is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My questions were answered promptly. The themes Igot for my Bold (Cipher Extreme Sidebar, Zoom Custom C Anidock and iBerry Blocks Custom L are the best I have ever used: clean and very professional. Anyone looking for Blackberry themes need look no further. Thanks John.

I wanted to personally thank john for his exceptional customer service and great themes.
I ordered a theme for my Bold and for some reason the OTA link was not sent. I emailed John and had a response in about 10 minutes, and a link for my theme in another 5. Talk about fast service!
Also I had mistakenly sent him the wrong name of the Theme I had ordered, ( was emailing and driving ) and he sent me the right one free.
Just can’t say enough about the quality of the themes and customer support. I will be buying more of your themes. Great job and thanks.

I just got my 5 OTA codes from John and have to say that this is not only one of the best theme sites I have found but it has to be at the top of all my regular sites as far as customer service. Really outstanding attention to their customers.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!! I had some problems with crackberry while they were updating the site. I emailed John and he took care of everything for me. He got back to me in a highly timely manner and had great communication the entire time! EXCELLENT Customer Service!!

Best customer service out there by far! JC responds promptly, listens and welcomes feedback and as a result has the best themes out there. BTW I’m a graphic designer and I choose JC over all the others.
Thanks for making me fall in love with my blackberry again. I wish he worked for RIM so the operating system would improve!

I’m pretty sure that this site has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever seen!
John is really kind and he has a grat communication! His themes are really fantastic and I think that I’ll begin to follow this site often!
He has got also a lot of patience in understanding my “poor” english!

Have been purchasing themes from John for 1yr+. He continues to outdue himself with every new creation!
Whenever I needed a “tweak” in a theme, John always “cheerfully” responded with the fix! I check John’s website frequently for new themes!

hello all
i recently purchased a new theme neo blue for my 8900 and after i had a very small issue with the installation of this very nice looking theme , i was able to send my issue to JC designs on a Saturday afternoon and within 30min i had a response as well as a solution and answer to my problem and have been all but happy ever since with the response time (on a Saturday ) as well as enjoying my new them ever since .
i wanna say thank you JC and keep up the great work and thank you for the great customer and personal service.

This is about the 6th theme I purchased from John and it gets better each time. The only problem I have is trying to decide which to use. And the best part about purchasing from John is the quality customer service I receive each time. Gadget Bean is the best!

Have been using the cipher side bar extreme on my 8900 since Feb, great theme..I recently had to replace my blackberry and was lost without the sidebar theme. John responded to my email promptly and provided me the opportunity to download again. Excellent quality themes and excellent service…Thanks

Just wanted to let you know. I’ve purchased dozens of Blackberry Themes for my phone (and wasted a lot of money on the damn things), but nothing comes close to being as good as NeoBlue. I try other themes for an hour here and there, but ALWAYS go back to NeoBlue.

Had problems with the Neo theme on my Storm. E-mails and got a response within minutes. Took a few days to iron out, but these guys were with me all the way. Ultimately I couldn’t use the theme (took up too much memory) but I have NEVER had ANYONE be so responsive and helpful. I’ll be back!
