First of all let me tell you I have bought many downloads for my BB some good and some bad. JC Designs is one place where all is good. JC’s customer support is the best on the web. Day or Night they are there to help. The OTA download was flawless. As far as their programs go, they are easy to install I had no trouble at all and they work with ease. The Today view Themes show you everything you need to see with one quick glance and the Icon Themes are so sharp and a real enhancement to your Blackberry.

Hi all and Happy Holidays!
I just wanted to let you all know that I had the greatest experience with John from JC Designs and Iberry.
I decided to buy my Curve another Christmas gift and ordered the Iberry Today theme through the Crackberry software store [on sale with the holiday special]. It looked great when I downloaded and installed it, but I wanted the blocked icons as the default screen. That was not what this theme does. It gives you messages, calendar, etc as the default screen, which looks great, but not what I really wanted. That, of course, was my fault for not doing more homework.
In any case, I e-mailed John at JC Designs [Iberry] and told him what happened and asked him which theme had the Iberry Icon blocks as the default screen. He immediatedly e-mailed me back, wished me a Merry Christmas, and told me that the one that I wanted was the regular Iberry Blocks.
He said that since it was Christmas, he was going to send me a free download to the regular Iberry Blocks theme for my Curve! I couldn’t believe it!
Now I have both themes, but I’m using the regular Iberry Blocks, which is awesome.
If your thinking about getting any of these themes or software from John, don’t think twice. The product and support is incredible!

I have to say that dealing with john on the Bold download was great. i am not a technical person but he made it very easy and guided me through the set up and treaking of the download. i would recomend him to all i work with
Not only are the themes the BEST, but the level of Customer Service that John provides is the BEST also! I bought the Crossbar Extreme Plus theme for my Bold on Christmas eve and screwed up the install. I emailed John, and he provided me with an OTA link within minutes. Needless to say, everything installed perfectly and it works great!!!
There are two reasons that I will continue to shop at gadgetbean.com. The themes are wonderful and more importantly, the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. I’m a novice, and he makes everything so easy for me. I purchased one theme, and then immediately purchased 2 more after everything was so perfect – and I just love them all. I’m a happy camper.

I’ve had a great experience dealing with John. I recently purchased the cipher bounce theme for my curve and had some issues using it with third party apps. I kept having issues accessing the menu on a number of apps. I emailed John and got a response in under 10 minutes. We exchanged emails 3 times and each time his response was immedaite. He eventually sent me a link with an OTA download that fixed the issue. Having been in charge of a service department at a large company I am particularly attuned to service issues. John you’re awesome and I wish you the best of luck in growing your company!

I am new to BB’s. Had a problem with re-installation of CrossBar Plus Xtreme for my Bold. Contacted John and within minutes I was back online. I’ve been using JC’s themes for a long while now but unfortunately purchased them somewhere else probably for a lack of knowledge at the time, today I had the opportunity to purchase direct from his site and for the first time experienced a small issue installing it, the situation was looked into and corrected in less than 30 minutes in a very nice and professional manner, this is what service should be like everywhere, thank you again John and keep it up you are doing an excellent job…..

JC’s customer service was the fastest, easiest support I can EVER recall having from ANY business. I purchased a theme from JC through another site that erroneously said that it would work on my Storm. Within one hour of me contacting for help, John explained the other sites mistake and exchanged a Storm theme at no extra charge. Without a doubt, I will ALWAYS come back to JC (although straight to their site!!!) for my blackberry needs. Thanks for the attentiveness and assistance! It is so rare to find such service!
I have never experienced such great customer service on anything before. I bought a theme and did not down load it correctly. John spent so much time making sure that I got it by sending me a OTA download. I will recommend them to everyone that I know that has a blackberry. I purchased the Iberry theme for my BB Storm. I had some problems installing it from my PC so I emailed John for help. He answered my questions ASAP… and suggested I do a Over the Air download. It worked perfectly and now I am enjoying my AWESOME theme. I really love it, it looks perfect.

I purchased the custom L theme for my storm and absolutely LOVE it!!! Very customizable, crisp colors and works flawlessly!!! I also love the changed menus!!! Designs about my problem not expecting a response until the afternoon. Very surprised, I received a response around 830 or 9ish in the morning from J.C. Designs! Just want to say thanks for the very prompt response. Awesome customer service and awesome themes!…keep them coming!!!

I’d like to just say the John you did a great job on my theme request. I am a very pick-e person and John was able to be patient with me and we ended up with a theme that is visually appealing to my cataract.
Keep it up and now my wife is jealous of my theme and is going to want one. Talk to you soon.

I would just like to comment on the level of quality in the products sold here and certainly the customer service. First off the themes are top rate, the best I’ve seen for clarity of icons and font and attention to detail. Secondly I had alot of issues getting the theme loaded to my device, I purchased it from a vendor website, anyway I got hold of John and he did everything short of showing up on my door step. He sent OTA links and zip files and even a few trouble shooting tips. To make a long story short it was an issue with my device and I ended up upgrading to 4.5.0.124 I contacted John and he had the proper version for my OS the same day. I’ve never recieved such personal service for a 7 dollar purchase, John and his company appear to be in it for the long hall with service like this. Well done sir! I look forward to your new projects. (Any chance for a side bar cipher for the 8100?) Once again thanks John.

I would be remiss if I did not leave a comment here about John and his themes. John is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My questions were answered promptly. The themes Igot for my Bold (Cipher Extreme Sidebar, Zoom Custom C Anidock and iBerry Blocks Custom L are the best I have ever used: clean and very professional. I ordered a theme for my Bold and for some reason the OTA link was not sent. I emailed John and had a response in about 10 minutes, and a link for my theme in another 5. Talk about fast service!
Also I had mistakenly sent him the wrong name of the Theme I had ordered, ( was emailing and driving ) and he sent me the right one free.

the iberry block theme is the best! i tried another brand, but came back, QUICKLY, to iberry. john was the best at getting me up and running again. great job! and much appreciated.
I just got my 5 OTA codes from John and have to say that this is not only one of the best theme sites I have found but it has to be at the top of all my regular sites as far as customer service. Really outstanding attention to their customers.

Best customer service out there by far! JC responds promptly, listens and welcomes feedback and as a result has the best themes out there. BTW I’m a graphic designer and I choose JC over all the others.
