10. Would you make custom themes for my company upon request?
11. Ok, I tried everything NOTHING WORKS HELP!!
1. Make sure you have selected the correct OS version of the theme. Also make sure you have the newest desktop manager installed. Older desktop managers will not install the new themes correctly. The solution to the "No additional applications designed for your device
were found" error can be found here: http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/Application_Loader_Error
NOTE: For people with Curve 8320 - make sure you have Desktop Manager 4.3 which can be obtained thru Blackberry.
2. After you successfully install your new themes thru the desktop manager, it is always required to do a hard reboot via a battery pull.
3. The theme you installed is not compatible with your Blackberrys OS. Make sure to install the correct theme based on your OS.
4. Due to reasons beyond my control, all custom themes lock the ability for user changes in font styles and sizes. If I receive many complaints about a particular themes font not displaying correctly, I will fix it and supply you with a free upgrade.
5. How do I hide, reveal and rearrange my icons?

2 - Press the Alt key and click the trackwheel.
3 - From the drop down menu select Hide Icon.
To reveal a hidden icon on the Home screen:
1 - Select any icon on the handheld Home screen.
2 - Press the Alt key and click the trackwheel.
3 - From the drop down menu select Show All.
To rearrange/move the icons on the handheld:
1 - Press the ALT key and select an icon you would like to move by clicking the trackwheel.
2 - Select 'Move Application' from the dialog box.
3 - Using the trackwheel, move the icon to the desired location.
4 - To place the icon, click the trackwheel.
6. Unfortunately the 8320’s new Wi-Fi icon is something that I cannot control the appearence of. Hopefully in the near future fixes will be supplied to Blackberry developers to correct the issue.
7. My themes all come with a custom background. The theme is designed to be used with the accompanying background image. I cannot guarantee how the use of your own wallpaper will effect the original theme appearance.
8. Yes! My theme will work for version 4.3 OS, please go ahead and use the 4.2.2 file, if you have issues email me.
9. Open an email and in the body type “Myver” and hit the space bar key. You will see your blackberry model and OS version appear. The frst 3 numbers are your OS version.
10. Yes, I do make customized themes for your Company. Creating themes, icons and graphics takes a considerable amount of time to do. Please feel free to send me your request for a customized company theme.
