How do I do a hard reboot??
After installation of any new software, RIM (Research In Motion) recommends we do a hard reboot on the device’s OS. To do this is very simple, pull out the battery for a full 45 seconds and then put it back, after it reboots let it cycle for a full 2 minutes and its done!!
